Whether you’re beginning your first competitive season or striving for elite-level performance, Method provides the tools, training, and support to help you succeed. Our competitive team is lead by Head Coach and Owner Ryan Sagmeister. Ryan has over 30 years of experience working with competitive athletes all the way through the elite levels.
At Method Sports Center, our Competitive Girls Gymnastics Team is the pinnacle of our gymnastics program. Designed for athletes ready to challenge themselves at the highest level, our team fosters strength, discipline, and confidence — both inside and outside the gym.

Method competitive program offers:
Competition teams for USAG Developmental levels 2-10
Professional coaching from experienced, USAG-certified staff
Systematic approach to training plans to support each gymnast’s goals
Competition opportunities at the state, regional, and national (depending upon level)

Training Commitment
Method’s competitive athletes train year around with our competition season running in the winter into spring. Athletes train nu ays per week, with practices designed to balance skill work, strength, flexibility, and recovery.

For those new to competition typically evaluations and placements are held each spring at the completion of our competition season. If you are new to the area or planning on moving to the area and currently competing we recommend reaching out as soon as possible to discuss how we can support a smooth transition.
